It's mostly tweaks for people who are having technical issues (not everyone is) or lightning/DoF changes that one could do oneself if they knew what they doing, as they are just .ini files changes

My only issue which I’m sure will be patched is the audio mix, the way Robocops gun sounds like the same audio file every time he pulls the trigger is disappointing, and there is allot of texture pop in!
