Edit: Have 4090.
That's exactly what I mean, fullscreen works fine for me and I saw few posts of people having issues with borderless or windowed FS and they fixed them by switching to Full screen
PCs, unlike consoles, are a mix and match of different components (software and hardware wise) that makes it a nightmare to troubleshoot or get it working properly
Exactly. I love Robocop. I've loved Robocop since 1990. And I still love Robocop and I enjoyed this game a lot. Constructive critisism can even help the developers.
But I am happy I am not the only one thinking that way.
The environment looks so good and the npcs as well, and the robocop body on cutscenes looks good as well, so why can't we use that body?
Our footsteps should have some effect on puddles and stuff, it feels like we are ghosts in the game we don't exist.
Also yeah, I wish this was like GTA4 but Robocop, like in GTA4 you can use a police car and do some police work, it would be super cool if we could do that in this game. :D
I also don't like that we need to keep the right mouse button pressed for the scanner to work, feels weird and makes no sense, why would you NOT want the scanner running at all times?
It's just weird.
It looks like they didn't test the game with random people before releasing, it really feels unfinished.
I know this is a nitpick but am I the only one who actually hates when you look down in a FPS and see your body?
The animations look too fast or goofy to sync up with movement/turning speed of even standard mouse DPI, not to mention your feet always hanging over ledges or gliding up/down stairs. By supposedly adding that extra level of immersion, you come full circle to having it all look bad again so why even waste time on it?
The fixed camera view of a FPS and a body will always look like someone holding a puppet by the head and trying to wiggle it into a lifelike mimicry.
I love this game, but you're not wrong on most of this. I think robocop's size looks ok. I like the thump walking. BUT yes most of the game is too quiet. The only robocop theme songs we get are a piano version in the main menue, once in the tutorial, and a hobo laying on a slide in detroit2 whistles it. When you compare this robocop, to terminator resistance you can see a clear difference. It seems like they cheeped out on the ambient world of robocop, as compared to the huge amount of detail they put into terminator resistance. That said, it's still a fun game and I do really enjoy it. It's not as good as I think it easily could have been, BUT it's better than Bethesda would have done.
Truths
Well then they either didn't care, or no one actually voiced these concerns. Whelp.
Star Citizen did it right, CP2077 as well, Witcher 3 the same... so many examples.
