There are female 'enemies' in the movies....
Where do they appear?
They don't. There's a couple NPC's standing along the street and make a few comments that imply their profession but no one is actually doing anything violent or illegal.
Right up until they get slapped.

Fallout 1 never had children, Fallout 2 has children
Bethesda never patched any of the two first games, back in the 90s they were published by Interplay.
The version of Fallout 2 with the "removed children" was the German release version, it had to be censored so it could be sold in Germany back then, that also included removing all of the bloody mess death animations and most of the more gruesome default animations from fire/plasma damage.
Worst part: They did an absolute hack-job by just removing the children's sprites, so they would still run around the world, would still steal from the player, but the player had no way of getting their stuff back because the child NPC to start the questline was also invisible.
