when i check the game in task manger its runing my CPU at 80% and making my laptop over heat

That may be normal depending on what CPU you have. Gotta keep in mind this game is using UE5

It depends on cpu, i play on I7 13700k and cpu usage is about 30% max.. 0 problems. Temperature is about 75C or less.

try to limit the framerate to 60 and don't use ultra settings, at least not for shadows and view distance.
