Where is auto 9 board 5.3?

Can someone please tell me where the auto 9 5.3 board is please? I wanted to try and get every one possible, but I missed some. From one link, it says it says that the 5,3 is the best board to use. And says its in the OCP correction facility, near to the new guy's cell..

The problem is, I can only find 5.2 board, and I am in the right spot

Either the guide is wrong, or its here but I'm missing something?

Its possible, it could be hidden? So has anyone found this board and please tell me where to look? I really don't want to leave the place if its here.

It's always the same with those posts, a fk ton of text and then they tell you that item x is to the southeast of the guy you talked to at 18pm before quest x. Like fkn show me the gdmn blip on the map and give me a screenshot!!!!

Board 5.3. is in the OCP HQ in the conference room.

I'm thinking the placement of the PCBs are random. As I found this board when I was doing a side quest to find a killer in the Who Killed Simon Page side mission. in the secret area where the killer can be found. So it seems the boards could be randomly placed per playthough.

I believe i found it here as well had to come across some police hanging around a car as it wasn't marked as a mission beforehand.

Stat wise, that board is the best in the game, but IMO the better one you find from the murder of Simon Page.

PCB in link: 115% damage easily, plus some things like exploding bullets

PCB in simon page murder case: Full auto, pinpoint accurate, and no reloading. I got 50% damage boost, but that doesn't matter when you hold down the trigger and watch end game tier enemies on hard melt like butter.

I have used both boards. The simon board is infinitely better.

100%. The other one that has explosive bullets also has 0 armor piercing stat, making it useless at the end of the game

The one in the OCP HQ conference room is 5.1.

5.3 is in the panic room revealed at the end of quest "Who killed Simon Page?". There is also an OCP chest in the same panic room.
