A lot of them are pretty fun to use, even more than the icon pistol of the main character. My only issue is with the assault rifles, I think for the most part they feel pretty weak.
You only need your default weapon it's the only one oddly you can even upgrade, thought you would be able to do that with the ocp shotgun but that thing is kinda useless in comparison to the other shotguns that have more boom in my opinion.
It's worth it if you got a computer that can run it well, the console versions were not well optomized game breaking crashes but the pc runs much better and aiming and shooting is way better.
But maybe after they iron few annoying bugs.
Otherwise, I recommend it.
The tone, the balance of respecting the IP while doing its own thing, and the side quests all really did it for me. If RoboCop making a call on a pay phone doesn't make you at least smile, then I don't know what to tell you.
And ppl probably won´t like that most of segments are slow paced (as Robocop himself) - if they don´t choose to just skip them (semi-open map)
Haha, so true! I even made RoboCop movie marathon after finishing the game!
And I didn´t watch the movie since...well, very long time xD
Good point, the slow-paced DX:HR style side quests are pretty slow. I liked giving parking tickets and getting signatures from my co-workers for a card, but other people may not. Because even I think it's stretched just a hair too far at times.
I vividly remember that I ended with 2, also. RC3 is...well, it´s more like guilty pleasure and 2014 (I think) was...I don´t know, not bad. But I had blast watchint RC 1 and 2 !
So you are not missing much if you haven´t seen the latter 2
