It just hit me, a suggestion for Teyon's next project; Knight Rider!

Hello all,

While looking at the first streets of Detroit level again I noticed a certain sports car model that reminds me of KITT (I am not into cars so I do not know what kind of car it was) from the original Knight Rider show. And that made me think about any video games that were ever based on that series. I know there was one or two by a Dutch game developer but that was so long ago.

Ever since Terminator Resistance was well received by fans of that franchise we have been talking about which movie IP Teyon should adapt next as a video game or make a new game for. We had the obvious ones; Alien/Aliens, Predator, Robocop (duh), The Thing, Screamers, Commando, but we haven't really talked yet about television series that we would like to see a game of. I would like now to suggest Knight Rider, perhaps a combination of a driving game and an on-foot game. It just has so much 80s nostalgia for me.
Doubt it will happen but I would like to have my thoughts posted.

Oh, and now that I am talking about series, what about Space Above And Beyond? That one would make an excellent on-foot and space fighter game. Maybe set after the ending of the series, showing how bad the war became.

5th element, you can do anything with that world, you dont even need any chars from the original movie cept maybe a ruby cameo.

John Carpenter's Vampires. Make it a tactical action FPS kind of like a streamlined SWAT3, and with management elements. Recruit lowlives, assign them classes, choose extermination jobs from a map of the US, each with different buildings and types of vampires that require different strategies. Dead malls, abandoned gas stations, derelict farmhouses, etc. Job difficulty is affected by many things including seasons making daylight hours shorter. There is permadeath so take care of your men and kit them out properly. Each mission has investigation evidence to gather that puts you on the trail of master vampires. Your friends can drop in and out in multiplayer, and take control of your NPC allies.

Watch that and tell me it wouldn't make an insanely fun tactical action game.

Actually I meant the car used for KITT on the series. Also the car in the game that made me think of KITT was not a SUX 6000. I think it was the car type from Smokey and the Bandit.
