Serve and protect locations?

I feel I am going round in circles here and finding nothing. I've only found 1 out of 6. where and what are they all?

[SPOILERS BELOW] I just finished finding them all. This should help with the harder ones:


1) There is a vehicle with an oil spill (on one of the main roads)
2) Parking violation near a hydrant
3) Littering / illegal dumping near the water way / pier area
4) Public intoxication = Drunk hobo on couch in a back alley
5) Parking violation near a parking meter (on one of the main roads)

I'm not sure exactly which one triggered #6, there are a few possibilities... so I'll just list all that I can remember.
6) Disturbing the peace / noise violation = guys harassing the convenience store clerk
6) Vandalism = Graffiti artist spraying a wall
6) Harassment = Guy bullying another guy by knocking over his shopping cart

what? do you see anything that should make you think that i am surprised? just read the words i posted, no need to put your words into mine.

yeah, i had to search a bit to find the last one. need help finding it? the one with the filmset can only be done after you have done the murder investigation.

yeah that is all fine, but when you want to hide it, you need to end it with a tag too. now those who don't want to see it, won't by accident.

Theres another one involving a fella that is harassing a homeless person by spilling his shopping cart, near the pier between the illegal dumping detection & movie set, under a street light. A tattoo shop can be seen across the street & its next to a Jolly Burger restaurant.

Thanks! I walked around for hours and found 5/6 on my own. I read your #1 and was able to find the final one within 10 seconds. Way too intricate for one side quest that yields very little IMO.

Deduction tree - everyone should max it up first, so each location comes to map.
Failing that, run around with RMB down of find the bums newsletter.

If you haven't found the drunk hobo (took me forever as my last one) he is on the far East side of the map, just South of the Ghost House

So weird that some of those cool events don´t count, but giving tickets do.
