Most reliable trainer is Wemod. Just google them up.

Wemod doesn't have a RoboCop trainer yet, but Cheat Evolution has one. I usually prefer Fling trainers but he hasn't made one yet either. But unless there's a sudden difficulty spike later in the game I think I play without cheats on my first playthrough.

Robocop is 8th on the list on Wemod. I use that some times when things get hard in games. The only problem is, the auto 9 boards and chips will be wiped. But yeah, giving you enough skills from the first playthrough is a decent idea.

But I really wish there was a new game plus. I know teminator didn't have one. I think that was fine fr that game. But Robocop would be good with a NG+. Especailly to carry over skills and boards and chips.
