But if the devs decide to release all the iconic original sounds for Robo as a DLC, like the original Auto-9 sound, the footsteps sound, the HUD writing and beeping sounds, the original beeping sound for the targeting system, the iconic gun twirl sound, and the original mechanical sounds when Robo moves his limbs and head, I would buy that INSTANTLY! And definitely not just for a dollar either! ^^
I would buy the game right now if that DLC was a thing.
Ditto! You will be my absolute hero if you get this sound mod done. I feel the same way about the the Auto-9 sound. I purchased and downloaded the game but I’m actually waiting for someone to fix the Auto-9 to play it, it’s just too distracting for me, I’m sure watching the movie about 200 times now has something to do with it 😆 Good luck, I hope you’re able to make it happen!
They will only have to do it again if a patch specifically targets the modded sound files. Otherwise, the new sounds should remain fine. I know this from racing simulator games like Asseto Corsa, I’ve added tons of new/more accurate car sound mods and none have ever been affected by patches or updates.
I’m rooting for this Auto-9 sound mod!👏👏👏
What I also wonder is why they didn't use original ED-209 sounds from the movies? The game version sounds pretty bad. Maybe intentionally but still.
Jesus...
