You don't need three points in Engineering for the secret in Steel Mill

Where the mission is to destroy the drug stash, there is a small nook on the opposite side of the door, with a book that teaches you how to set off the train.

This saves you the points in Engineering, if you don't want to spend them, but get the achievement.

I don't remember 100% but think it's in the construction near the train, just keep looking until you find it.

Ah, it is in the area to the NE from the train - you go down in some tunnel.

But you know where the train is, right? check the train and see if you can press the button, maybe you already scanned the book and didn't noticed.

That's what I was looking for. I found it then started on another computer but not sync'd for some reason. Thanks!
