I used it but i failed part of a mission and upon reloading a checkpoint it reverted back to the default auto-9 even though the slots were full. I probably could have reset and replaced them but i swapped to another board instead. it is powerful though it should be 1 shot not the 3 burst and it mostly helps with body shots just takes less body shots to take a guy down.
p.s. no need to reload perk is absolutely brr-brr-brr-brr-brr-brr-... ... ...
Are you using the 3.3 board? I think that's the first one with the autoload perk. Check and see if you also have the bullet splitting perk activated. That perk makes some bullets in a burst "split" so that each 3 round burst actually fires like 5 or 6, but then they go all over the place; it makes the weapon useless at farther than spitting distance. Just cut it off the same as you would a penalty.
Without that perk activated, and with the weapon spread stat boosted over 50%, there's almost no discernible spread at most ranges you'll be shooting at.
When you have that perk activated you can turn it on and off by pressing X. There's a little icon in the HUD showing whether you're in burst or single shot mode.
For the record I don't think it's very good unless you're consistently and quickly going for headshots, which might be easier on single shot because if your first shot is a hit then you don't need to wait for two further unnecessary shots to cycle. And SOMETIMES you'll run into enemies weak enough to down in a single shot, which makes it really shine, but that doesn't happen often enough for me to want to keep this board installed.
No argument from me that's why I swapped. I did notice it does work though and mostly in regard to body shots because where i am now most enemies are down from a headshot regardless also on the firing range you can see a difference in the damage it does to targets.
I didn't know about the X thing that may have been what happened is that i hit it somehow. I've mostly used the no reload perk it's pretty op.
I'm currently using Omni Board 4.3 which turns my Auto-9 into a rapid fire machine gun with a reload speed that's just insane xD
Clip has 83 bullets, it keeps firing if i hold the button down but with gentle taps i can single shot stuff and to top it all off the PCB increases damage by over 100% XD so yeah OUCH for the badguys XD
EDIT: corrected my error, i am using board 4.3, not 4.1 sorry.
Yeah, the rapid-fire Auto 9 is fun :D I also have about 20% armor piercing + engineering buffs. It literally wipes out everything :D
