I have been walking around for a while and i can not find the last violation can anyone help me?

For me it was a guy sitting on a sofa drinking. Busted him for public intoxication.
It is in the most eastern part of the map, it is a small area where nothing else takes place, easy to miss.

The 6 violations for me were:

Drunk on Sofa
Oil Spill Under car
Car parked before hydrant
Meter at a parked car ran out
Guy throwing trash into the river
Some guy that trashed/thrown around the stuff of another guy

Use this for the violations. Too annoying to hobble around as Robo looking for them.

Could you imagine coming out of the store and seeing robocop writing you a parking ticket?

And if you are not able to find that last violation in one of 3 "days", look on roof. This one was annoying.

oil leak with old pickup truck is also a good one giving it at ticket.
