DLSS or FSR will make stuff look blurry, especially at lower resolutions.

Really? ..mines crystal clear, only reason i think it may be blurry is if your using a 1080p setting on a 4k monitor or something... Make sure all your settings are maxed out.

Set "post processing" to low. It solved this for me on 1080p

Always keep in mind that most modern games are not optimized for FHD resolution, which is a thing of the past (just like HDD).

Ahh... I just finished the demo. But still, thank you. I will remember that for full version ;)

4090 here. Very blurry and with 'crawling'. I did try all settings. It didn't change anything. Whatever, though.

For me it was because of 'windowed fullscreen' which is definitely capped at low resolution. I changed it to fullscreen and everything was as it should have been, except the light glitches.

it's also the fact that Robocop's display is deliberately blurry, and gets dirt/smudges on it. Some don't like that, as realistic as it is.

Even with low resolution. It shouldn't be that bad. Anyway, I don't care about it. I just wanted to take a look at the city. Despite these issues, the city is looking amazing. It had me day dreaming about a The Warriors remake on that map... That would be insane.

Not it is not true at all. 1080p still best resolution for gaming based on cost/performance. HDD not for games today - that's right.
Played Robocop on 2 computers, 1440p and 1080p. 1080p at least not worse.
