When does this game take place in the Robocop timeline? Also a few other questions.

Is this right after the 1st movie?

Can you only dismember their head or can you blow off their limbs as well? I tried to remove limbs but they would not blow off no matter how many rounds I put into them.

You can dismember arms and legs, but it will only happen if it's the shot that "kills" them. To make it happen, just fire at them till their health is gone. They'll do a lil dance with their missing limb. They even grab their crotch if you do it right.

I have seen limbs blown off while alive if it was the non-dominant arm, and the perps kept shooting with their one good hand - so it looks like its both.
