anyone one from the 80s will buy the murphy edition because of.... Worth getting for the original robocop skin in da movies + his gun. Got mine on fanatical as it does not charge me any taxes unlike gmg.

I very rarely get the "special editions", but as a RoboCop fan, I can't help but support the devs who brought this game to life :)

One thing though : Why does it still say the game will be available on Nov 3rd even if it's the Alex Murphy's Edition ?

Nah, it's still a poor choice. They are the same car with different trim levels that only change small cosmetic things and/or you can get a "deluxe" edition with a different engine....like DLC does. You can't go to a dealership and get a car without wheels unless it's a junkyard.

It's OK that you don't want to buy it but clutching your pearls that someone wants to spend an extra $10 is a very odd choice to spend your time on. And the deluxe edition of this game is the normal $60 price if you bought it without a discount that is all over at places like GMG where you get the deluxe edition for like $45. So I am not seeing the problem here. Go to the MK1 forums and see that they are charging $12 for a fatality. That is understandable to be upset by when that game maxes out at $110 for the highest version of the game and they still nickel and dime you.

No it doesn't. A more appropriate analogy would be "You can buy this car. You can also get the same car and pay extra for heated seats and some luxury items."

Now WB that's some incompetence wrapped up in outright theft, Go back to MK9 The Krypt was broken and instead of fixing a bug with the activation they allowed you the fanciful privilege of paying $19.99 to unlock the entirety of the Krypt, 4 Mk games they pushed out had the exact same bug on release which resulted in Green Artifacting.

Then you have the Batman games some featured online segments 4 months in they removed it and halted all patches for broken content and moved along to the next scam, h DLC before release broken textures known input latency issues crossplatform unlocking on a time limit, Injustice had a Mobile Component which barely worked and broke down they turned it off not long after release.

I wont apologize for buying the murphy edition I want to support the team that is showing amazing respect to a series I grew up watching and playing with the toys which some of them were freaking awesome wish I kept them.

I suggest you move on if all you plan on doing is bashing the game none stop you gonna get on people nerves, yes you have a right to post but at least be constructive.

We get it you think it's a huge rip off scam that 10 dollars is them forcing the food out of your mouth, I'm sure they took some air out of your tires as well and charged you for it lol

My suggestion people is to simply block these trolls that come in and just want to be negative towards the game and thats it, thats all they came to do.

Now if it was released and they scammed us with a 3 hour game and the visuals didn't match that would be another thing.

I've blocked you and not gonna read any post you make but gonna repeat just move on, no one else is that butt hurt over 10 dollars for optional cosmetic items mostly I just want to be able to play it earlier it's enough for me, 10 dollars isn't that big of a deal for those that work for a living.
