ed 209 battle

Just watched a gameplay clip offf gamespot showing some bits about a fight with ed209 it looks pretty sweet, and the battle damage effects are pretty cool.

Just beat him, whew. There is sniper rifle + 2 HKs. If you have shield feature, use it. Playing on normal until now it was breeze. But ED was real roadblock , literally

It feels like you should be able to break his guns with enough damage, but I was never able to. Beat him by hiding behind a truck he wouldn't path around, in front of the sniper rifle

I tried too but still got my ass kicked. Maybe I'll try again later.

There is a black Van on one side of that Room. You can use it to cheese the fight. Still takes a while when you only have your pistol left though.

Get on the side of the van in the room. Even when he blows it up it still covers you from damage. From there just shoot his skull.

Just did this fight on extreme and my goodness, it was so good haha. So much shielding/slowing time/dashing, tossing items at him, dropping things on him via the crane. They did well with this fight and I barely won it lol.

Took me 3 tries with ED-209, rockets OP. although, does kind of remind me of Elden ring with the whole AI using the same moves over and over again. still insanely fun though, had me leaning in my seat for sure.

Beat him first try on the hardest difficulty

Just remember the biggest robots on Terminator Resistence a bit pain at beggining , just using right build total carnage.

you can exploit the first box as cover. ED209 will just stand there blasting it for a few moments then the will move to the left. You can get into a position where ed209 cannot hit you, but you can shoot the top of his head. do not move. stand still. Shoot. Takes about 15 solid minutes with the auto9, but you will defeat ed209 without taking any damage. Works on all difficulties.

I've been trying for over an hour. My throat is raw from screaming in rage. And on the 59th time when I almost had him beat... game crash. I'm about to robo punch through my monitor.
