It's their, but not always. Aim or zoom depends on the situation. But they should add a immersion vision, like in Terminator Infiltrator mode.
I can see some not liking it. But the option would be nice. I’d also like the option to not have to press B to ‘repair’ 🙄 Robo. These things break the immersion and role play.
When you use "robocop vision" AKA a scanner overlay, you get scan lines just like the pov shots from the movies.
And distractive and ruin the visuals too. Also I guess certain amount of people find the... dunno like motion-sickness. Obvious choice they don't did it as 'always on' feature.
It should be if you want an authentic experience. But it should be a toggle option in the menu, that way everyone is happy.
