No possibility to train Natives whatsoever
There is no possibility to train the Natives, neither in their own tribe nor in the city...

You can't train converted natives in native villages only colonists. Converted natives can be trained by placing them in a slot in a school, college, or university in your city and letting them accrue education. It takes longer to educate natives than it does petty criminals, indentured servants, or untrained colonists but converted natives produce more than the later when used to farm, mine, or fish. That can be handy on a map that has no villages that train trapping, sugar planting, tobacco planting, or cotton planting.

^ what he said. When I get a converted natives I use them to help out a starting village. They gather resources at 1.5 times free colonist rate. You can theoretically not have lumberjacks, farmers, ore miners, etc. They even start villages.

It is just a simple XML setting in Civ4UnitInfos.xml (for UNIT_CONVERTED_NATIVE) that can be adjusted anytime for personal taste.
If you do not like it as it is, just change it.

Or you just get a mod that already has this configured - in WTP it should be allowed to train Converted Natives in Native Villages as well.

Ok, but the fact is that using the CD I can train natives in the Native Villages...The developers told me to delete the local archives, but it worked only for a while, na dnow it does not work at all. I will follow the recommendation from raystuttgart. Danke schön!

There used to be (may still be) (in the original game) a Founding Father that changed Native converts into ordinary free colonists, which can then be used as such, and also educate them.

The problem being that it was a one time only ability, which would change all of the native converts that you already had. So any Native converts after that will stay that way. Native converts are good for gathering resources from tile around the colony, but not very useful inside the colony running various buildings.
