Report a translation problem
It looks like wtp 2.8 changes the civ4config file's show python errors flag to 0, when you load wtp 2.8.
And that causes the faireweather error messages to popup in a few a menu places.

The solution is also quite simple:
Instead of first loading Vanilla and then loading the mod, directly start the game with the mod.
All you need to do is to edit your game shortcut or create a new game shortcut for WTP by copying it.

The game tries to load your Personal Setting for your "Favourite Map Script".
If that MapScript only exists in a mod, it will not find it in Vanilla folders and thus throw this error.
If you start the game with the mod directly it will find the MapScript and thus not show the error.
The error is annoying but otherwise totally harmless.
