Could be OS or hardware related? I am running the game since the update and not a single issue.

Checking the game file via Steam helped me.
Steam showed me broken patch files and probably fixed them.

Its not necessarily a game issue. The nice thing about a PS5 is that its the same for everyone.
While PC....can have so many different configurations, not to mention a lot of people run so much bloatware on them or install so much useless stuff that it interferes with the games.
