Micro stutter

On my 4090 and nvme system I get constantly Micro stutter, no matter what settings I chance and FPS in rhe range 20-140 on high settings 4K. CPU is AMD 5900x.
To me it looks like a texture streming issue or using jit shade compilation in their Luminoss engine not working good for highend system. It seems to run better on PS5 that runs like a 2080Ti or 3060.
I played FF XV on my 3090 system with no problems at all.

Me too. Was trying to Google around why is this happening. But it seems I'm not alone
Aside from that, I'm wondering why the graphic doesn't looks as good but requirement is crazily high

4090 + 13900k + 980 pro ssd … got « micro » stutter too … not even micro I would say

According to Digital Foundry the microstutter is in the camera movement and not in the fps.
