FSR 3.0 on a GTX 16 series thoughts
I tested the game with a GeForce 16 series GPU using the FSR 3.0 and I can tell already that AMD did a great work and it brings fps boost up to 2x.

Using standard graphical settings:

Default/No FSR: 20-25 FPS

FSR 3.0 Quality: 30-35 FPS

FSR 3.0 Balanced/Performance: 40-45 FPS

FSR 3.0 Ultra Performance: 45-50 FPS

Specs:
GPU:Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5
CPU:AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.9GHz
RAM:16GB DDR4 2400MHz
HDD:WD Blue 2TB, 7200rpm

You did not tested frame generation?

I thought the GPUs below the rtx20 series would still be able to try it, rip

It's a shame that AMD and Square Enix purposely disabled FSR FG on GTX 10, Polaris and Vega GPUs.

Thats a shame. I'm on a Vega 64 and as soon as I heard FSR 3 is on the way, I smiled. Now my smile is gone but there is hope for the FSR mod community.

Time to upgrade if you want to play this gen AAA titles with decent settings and FPS.

AFAIK it relies on Async Compute and the older cards either don't have it or can't run it fast enough.

I understand. But acknowledge the fact this game is not the best when talked about optimisation especially for older rigs. And you can still enjoy some of the AAA games even in 2023 with a GPU from 10 and 16 GTX Series.
