Likewise.
And a few minutes ago I was afraid that we get a certain "romance option"... that one guy who likes to dance. I mean, I'm a cishet guy, but imagining dating this one as a woman makes even me shiver.
Now I hope that this will NEVER happen in a DLC or so.
hehehehe :)
But when I went through it, I contextualized it. I've written elsewhere, the cutscenes are - in my opinion - generally not good. Technically, they were well produced, but the engine is very limited in my view, which did not help with my immersion. There are some lapses in the script, but here they are really stylistic predilections, I also write (poetry and short stories in my country) I don't have experience with long scripts. I'm a little detail-oriented (in what I read).
A lot of the criticism of the story overall is about the reactions of the characters not being rational. And there are not. And they shouldn't be. In moments of fear, grief, desperation, even jealousy, people are not rational and they do not act with reason and they do act contrary to their rational beliefs and interests.
