yeah i find nothing strange about her at all. i'm 31 years old though and she seems pretty young lol

It really depends. Sometimes Frey looks pretty photogenic in-game (especially in cinematics where they've switched to HQ character models), but other times she looks more like a standard NPC from Final Fantasy XV. I feel like it's most noticeable in sidequest cutscenes.

Now, the actor who plays Frey (Ella Balinska) is an absolute dime.

2. you cant choose how do you look in real life. In game there is character art design, so there is nothing that prevents them from creating nice looking girl.
3. And last- its not even about how she looks, but how annoying and unlikable she is.
