Scatter Shot Level 2 Quest

I am right now leveling all purple magic spells and as it seems for now, I can't progress through Scatter Shot Level 2. I am playing it in german and it says something like, deal X dmg/1000 within 60 seconds with a charged attack. But I don't get any kind of points into that.

Can anyone help me? ;W;

I had this same problem. My solution was the following:

1. Do some of the other quests to increase my overall damage (not sure if that applied to damage as a whole)
   
2. Upgrade the charge shot to level 3 which definitely increases the skill damage
   
3. Find a very large group of enemies and line up piercing shots The place I used was Dianthus Wood Refuge in Praenost.

Unfortunately the only way to view this while it is happening is to pause during the 60 seconds and check damage in the magic tab (at least for me). It does pop up if you complete the challenge though. I ended up completing this at level 17. Hope this helps anyone in the future

Hi guys,i was struggling with the same thing,and i accidently succes mine by deleting a Large amount of zombies(pretty sur u meet these guys,there are so many) while using only this spell,I can't remember where they are sorry,but yeah,large gorup of mob seems the best
