Is it normal to open up the forum of a game, not buy it, then complain that others have also done the same? If two people talk about a game and both don't purchase the game, do they really have any claim to talk about it? If a Steam sale does a 25% discount but not a 50% discount, is it a real Steam sale? If a pope takes a dump in the woods but there's no bears around to sniff, is it a true dump or just imagined? I don't know. These are the mysteries of life.
I have I9-7920x and 3090 can run spider-Man and Witcher 3 plus this game smoothly with no problems. 9900k is newer and should be able to handle this game with no problems also.
I view a game as badly optimised when it has problems running on my GTX 2080 Super, which nowadays would be a high-end card but not ridiculous.
This game is bad no matter what you know..
