Of all the things we can say against it, a support up to 32:9 I can't really complain, usually on 21:9 it's already a struggle to get a game to support it properly that comes from console.

Personally, I wish the cutscenes were more fluid. They seem to pause too much, like one NPC dialog wasn't trimmed enough before committed to the branch. Like unintentional pauses for dramatic effect, but with no drama to speak of.
Yes, it does appear to correct the cutscenes I have encountered this evening. I'll edit this if I find some that it does not.
Oh thank you for this.. I can't stand pillarboxing in games with an ultrawide.. I knew someone was going to sort this.. now for them to sort the game.
But I spoke too soon about the cutscene letterboxing. I got to the Xenos Guild quest marker and a cutscene played that put the screen at 1920x1080 and left it there. All I had to do to fix it was ALT-ENTER a couple times. Minor inconvenience.

Make sure to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Re-distributable Package from the link on this page (direct from the MS site).
After installation, choose the Forspoken fix from the list on the left panel. Note: You have to leave the Flawless Widescreen program running while the game is running because this fix is applied to memory rather than modifying the game's files.
Hopefully they address our ultrawide issues with the first real patch.
