Still a bit toasty I say. Most games I have played don't even reach to those temps. About 55-60°C.
The things run hot, accept it.
Be concerned over an 80c on idle or 100c+ under load
You can use msi afterburner to either crank the fans up during load (+noise, +fans degrade faster) or change the temp limit (obviously will cost you performance)
GPU's ( especially modern ones ) are designed to operate at MUCH higher temps than that without any issues.
