Spiderman Ps4/5, Doom Eternal, Desperados series, DMC series, CoD series, Red Dead Redemption series, Kingdom Come, Wolfenstein series, Prey series, Middle Earth shadow of mordor/war, Evil Within 1/2, Sinper Elite series, Uncharted series, God of War series, Hitman series... list goes on and on.
There is also tons of games you can choose your own female/male character...
I'm not sure why you think that straight males are a rarity in games.
Now if the character is interesting or he/she sucks would be the bigger issue...

You can't really argue with these Blue Hair Check Marks. It's Ironic how they claim that they want "a world without labels" where nobody is treated or judged according to any arbitrary category based on physical and social standing, regardless of race, gender or orientation.

Instead, they created a myriad of new labels, blame an entire race and gender for their problems, created a hierarchy of oppression called transectionality so they can favor people based on said race and gender requirements, harrassed and dismissed all non-straight and non-white people who do not share their vision of equality, and casually use sexist and racist slurs themselves by attributing negative connotations to said race, orientation, and gender (i.e toxic white straight masculinity).

They're miserable people who want to drag everyone down into misery as well.

I'm not sure why you think that white straight males are a rarity in games.

Whether you want to admit it or not the SJW's that took over the industry have done their best to prevent straight white males from being included in games. As for your list most of those games were released long ago or aren't western games. Prey and Wolfenstein both have non-white leads so I don't know why they are included. CoD quit having straight white leads years ago so it's not accurate either.

As for games where you can create your own character there seems to be more and more instances like Mass Effect Andromeda where the devs prevent you from choosing a white skin color so I'm not sure how long we'll have custom characters in gaming either.

I only see forced stuff in games like Young Blood and in Andromeda you can be a white guy actually. There's white color there.
For this game however it doesn't make sense what you're saying.
