for adylt man basically once he reaches a certain thresh point of health if you punch him normally the kids pop out. you basically only hit him when yellow and uppercut with crit hits.

you block by pressing w or up on the d pad when the pillows are arriving to block.
and knock down tittanic 5k by killing him with a punch when hes yellow. i think
