However, to be fair, look at games like Bayonetta or Bloodrayne. I don't really care if this is a porn or non- porn game as long as it is FUN.
This one remains to be seen...
Bayonetta and Bloodrayne are good games tho not an Unreal engine game made in a single weekend by a single 16yo living in his moms basement.
More of an H RPG guy anyway...
As an aspiring game developer working on a third person shooter myself, would you be willing to elaborate as to why the main character being naked would offer replay value? I had not considered this before but I could make my main character naked if it would mean people would like to play it multiple times!
I think it would add replay value as a bonus. Like beat the game and get the skin-skin. Maybe with some novel suggestive poses earned along the way (think bayonetta climax). The promise and the tease leading to a payoff are the incentives to return to the game.
Seriously though, third person games need customization of some sort, your going to be staring at your character alot, so you need to make it look good, or appealing in a way that makes you protective of that character. Its less interaction and more subtle care factor - you are more inclined to roll and dodge things if its trying to phwack your tiny female character.
