Question about this game and harvest festa

Is harvest festa a separate purchase? And is this game actually rewrite+ or the first rewrite? I bought the game but haven't started yet cause I'm not sure if I'm gonna be refunding anytime soon.

Harvest Festa is included for backers on Kickstarter once it is released, which I don't expect to be soon, but for everyone else, it would be a separated purchase.
