Stuck in Act 1 - no Runciter's Video

Im kinda stuck for the moment in Act 1 and everybody I am talking to don´t give me any more answers.

So far I know I am missing these clues here:
Crowd Interview A
Door Forced
Runciter's Video

But how do complete Act 1 without the Runciter's Video. When I talk to the chef, there is none options at all. I cant even get him to take the Voight Kamph test.

So what shall I do ?

Clues you have mentioned aren't important to proceed to Act 2. You probably missing some other key KIA entries that prevent you from interrogating Zuben.

Check if you have next clues:

- Chopstick Wrapper - provide the access to Chinatown location (inside Runciter's shop)
- Chrome Debris (outside Runciter's shop)
- Graceful Footprints - McCoy's statement after entering Runciter's shop
- Howie Lee Interview - Howie Lee's statement on Zuben
- Lab: Corpses - clue from forensic after finding Officer's Statement
- Lab: Paint Transfer - clue from forensic after finding Paint Transfer clue
- Lab: Shell Casings - clue from forensic after finding Shell Casings
- Limping Footprints - McCoy's statement after entering Runciter's shop
- Officer's Statement - clue after asking the police officer at the entrance of Runciter's shop, or from the mainframe at Police Station
- Paint Transfer - a clue from a fire hidrant at the entrance to Runciter's shop
- Reference Letter - from Ranciter after asking about Lucy
- Runciter Interview A - after questioning Runciter
- Runciter Interview B - after questioning Runciter
- Shell Casings - at the floor of Runciter's shop
- Toy Dog - to the left of the Lucy's desk

Thanks for the advice, however.

I overwrite my safegame and started a new game, where I manage to get the Runciter's Video so I can use the Esper machine in Act 1.

Beside I only lost like 3-4 hours of progress.
