Android/Google Play Store version

I read that there is an android version of the game and wanted to try it out, although I already played it on Gog, but I think this is a great game to play on touch screen. But I couldn't find it in the play store, then I saw that their was a Netflix? version. Is that right? Is there any chance this game gets on the normal play store? I don't care a bit about Netflix and won't use it ever. So, why the hell would anybody bring his game exclusively to them?
Anyway, I hope for a Play Store version to buy it a second time on mobile, would be great to try it out on touchscreen.
