Golden Idol Currently broken?

This game may currently be broken, especially if you started using the redux or cloud saves. Redux/cloud saves/steam deck and non steam deck = saves are being corrupted. I am on chapter two, second puzzle and it's solved, everything is in the green but it won't let me advance. On the cloud save on steam deck puzzles that were previously solved, are unsolved. Can developer pls advise? I bought Rise and wanted to finish Case of the Golden Idol first (both are works of art)...but I'm stuck with a broken game and another I am hesitant to get into now.

Having the same issue exclusively on the steam deck. It won't give me option to switch between redux and the original and all of my save data is on the original version. It was working fine on Monday 11/25.

Glad to know I'm not alone, also having this issue. I've been playing exclusively on steam deck. I left the game open on chapter 9 and when I came back to it today the game crashed and now my progress is stuck so I can't advance past chapter 3 even though it still says everything is filled out correctly.

On steamdeck go to properties -> compatibility -> check box -> choose proton 9.3-3 from the drop down menu. That fixed it for me.

That fixed it for me, except Iost all progress in Classic... Someone knows if and how I could recover my saves?
