tournament rewards are broken if not enough players that finish a race

why do we earn less when finishing a tournament in 1 or 2 rounds, because only 1 person crossed the finish line. we spend gems to play tournaments. so not getting first place reward when we are the only 1 to cross the line the game is wasting our gems.

since gems can be brought with real money, this can cause legal issues, since it is technically stealing gems.
