lost progression

I don't know what happened. today, when I open the game suddenly all the progress I've made is gone. nicknames, purchases, skins, etc. disappear and it's like starting from the beginning or maybe reset. Has anyone had the same thing?

u can also check the integrity of files from settings ( gear button) shown beside every game.
