Questions about Loop (ACT 6 SPOILERS!!)

I have two questions...
So If we do the Silver Coin Events and then fight with Loop,
They say that, they were a Siffrin that once forgot their companions names and that they couldn't defeat the King once.

So I think this line implies Loop is the Siffrin from START AGAIN: A Prolouge?

Another question of mine was,
Is the "Starry Hat" accessory that we acquire from the Star Gate Room, was a reference/foreshadowing to Loop?

If I remember correctly the game says that the Hat is very similiar to yours, and it is literally "Star ry Hat"

So what do you all think?

The implication that Loop is the Siffrin from START AGAIN is one that a lot of people have speculatedon, and I'm sure the connection was intentional whether it's canon or not. Of course, if it's true it implies that the "beat the king" ending of START AGAIN was canonically never reached, which seems a little odd.

As for the hat, I don't think it's specifically supposed to be connected to Loop. Just to Siffrin's country. Their outfit is in that country's style and so is the hat, and it has a star motif because stars were a big deal there.

I don't think Loop is Siffrin from Start Again: A Prologue. As you mentioned Loop says they never beat the King, you do eventually beat the King. They also mention being trapped in the House the entire time always fighting, but again at the very end you loop outside of the House.

I do think Loop was based on the story told in Start Again but changes were made to make them a bit more tragic.

I think the biggest point of favor of START AGAIN being Loop's origin story is that it is literally titled "START AGAIN START AGAIN START AGAIN: a prologue". How else could it be a prologue?

Those are a bit nitpicky and likely are just Loop not reliably explaining exactly how it is. Or Loop just doesn’t consider that one time to really count.

But, for the record, it was directly confirmed by Adrienne/Insertdisc5 that Loop is specifically Prologue/Start Again Siffrin. It was directly stated in the discord server and also indirectly answered in the Spoiler QNA (most recent news post) in the question about what happened to Loop’s timeline.

Also just a fun fact: The portrait where Loop grips their arm mirrors how Prologue Siffrin would do the same thing a few times during the game.
There’s a couple other quirks and characteristics that carry over to SPECIFICALLY Loop when looking back.
It’s actually pretty neat.

I mean Loop could definitely be an unreliable narrator but it is kinda disappointing. I guess if the dev confirmed it there isn't really any point in fighting it.
