Here's Some Change - interact with the coin in the House (or outside? could be random). I got it randomly during act 4 when I used the silver coin, so I think you need to loop a lot before you can get this achievement
What Was That About? - Show Loop the coin before you talk to Loop in Act 5 (where Siffrin has a meltdown and harsh talks all of his friends). Remember that you need to show the coin before talking, otherwise you miss out on the opportunity
Like Talking To Yourself - after the ending, don't talk to the housemaiden just yet and go back to town (you can leave the House). Go back to the Favor Tree, look at the tree, and then interact with the coin in front of the tree
So I was able to get The Incident using this advice, but not the other two. When I try "What was that about" following these directions, there's no response... and by that I mean no text pops or even a text box pops up at all.
As for Like Talking To Yourself, I try it in front of the tree and it just says that "It feels like you could have done something with this coin. It's too late now, though." or something along those lines.
EDIT: Nevermind. I was able to get the 2nd achievement by following the directions in the 4th act. And from how it played out I assume the last one is just "reach the end having already seen this"
So time to go through the ending once more I guess...
EDIT 2: Yeah that did the trick. And it made the ending MUCH more satisfying.
I'm glad I got in on my first playthrough - feels like a proper ending than not seeing it
I did a lot of looping within the house to see all the side rooms (did the infirmary have any real purpose?) so didn't chat to them unless I specifically went back to Dormont
I presume Loop is yourself in Wish Magic form, based on the book in the Star Room on the 3rd floor or something. Honestly, I thought The King was Isabeau for the longest time because "I can't say it."
