You can get a secret bossfight at the end if you follow the right steps, but it will not impact it

Show Loop your coin a few times—either Act 3 or 4 I think. The second time will trigger a painful memory. All three times will give you achievements when done correctly. Then, backtrack to Loop at the very end of the game before talking to the Head Housemaiden to wrap things up.
