2025 Roadmap disappointing for Single players...
I get that there is a dedicated community of PVP/MP - and I'm happy your finally getting a game/updates that fix your issues - but there is a lot of us that are older or simply don't enjoy PVP anymore. While I appreciate continued support I wish there was more updates or campaigns planned for single player options.

One t hing I really enjoyed about CoH2 was post expansions that allowed variable (aka replayability) content to go back and play again. I feel like with CoH3 I played it and I dont have much reason to paly it again (perhaps lacking rogue like elements of a campaign map where I can be pushed back etc) and yes I know I can go play mp, but dude i cant keep up with that anymore, apm isnt really a thing in your late thirties or later when you just want to go home and relax with a game and lose every match becuase your old now lol.

Hoping the redacted also includes SP content

It's entirely likely that there's a campaign expansion in there. If you're complaining, though, you only have to blame economics - Relic released a large suite of SP-only DLCs for Company of Heroes 2 and almost nobody bought them. They were the worst-selling DLCs for that game.

Single player campaigns are much more expensive, as there's a need to design scenarios, event triggers and maps, which will likely include cutscenes and a lot more voice acting than releasing a new unit pack for multiplayer. Multiplayer people will not care so it's a split in the consumer base of people who will and who won't consime, whereas most people will buy a unit pack even if they never play with those units.

If they could sell quickly made scenarios, then they'd probably do so, but most singleplayer people will want a campaign with high production values.

well wouln't a more rogue like map be an option? More like I dunno a 4X strategy map since that component is already there?

Why not just give us the entire map of italy and try to conquer it vs the AI (or heck even other players) in a new mod as Allies or Axis? No dialog, no "scenarios" - just using the campaign map aspect in a total war style?

Should we blame the economics for the overpriced pay-to-win DLCs too? Is every company decision okay, since the evil economic is to be blamed?

This is off-topic somewhat, but the new BG's are hardly pay-to-win. I actually use some of the older BG's more than I use the new ones, because they are situational.

The fun part is those were actually really well made DLCs at that, I had a lot of fun with them.

Fox company is well-made? That's a comedy diamond of gaming DLC, including the sim series. It's obvious P2W company that has so little merit that even the stealth and stronghold DLC is much better from sheer practicality of PVE alone.

Not only is this a massive disappointment, but other then DLC's being pushed at pretty high prices, they are pretty dismissive of actual questions that would unironically probably improve single player longevity to become long time fans which would be mods.

Unironically so many players that have access to mods, specifically true modding that has the whole game be unlocked for people to modify to their hearts content would leave the singleplayer experience to be far more enjoyable.

Such a brutal shame that they don't seem to care, the community managers responses were dismissive and honestly vague.

Especially when most of the abilities are situational, boring, or outright useless. Then you also remember the people who put these out made three of the best, most thematic commanders in the history of CoH2... sold them... only to butcher them into unrecognizable shells of their former selves.

Me? I'm just waiting for a proper armor-focused heavy tank division with more than one tank call-in.

One thing I really miss is the skirmish options which were in COH1 and COH2. When you played against the AI by yourself or with a friend you got experience and ranked up private to general and in COH1 it kept your stats and rank with wins/losses in skirmish games also. I always felt another reason to log in and play another game for a win or to rank up. Relic of 1/2 must be gone because they just don't care about comp stompers anymore. I'm still supporting them and have bought everything they have made for COH3 but am highly disappointed.

Please don't anyone say there is co-op vs. the AI lol... it sucks the way its set up right now. You can't choose your map or the difficulties of your enemies. If we could create our own maps and AI enemies and their difficulty would be so much better. Over 1k hours in COH1, about 850 hrs COH2 and like 125 hrs into COH3. My brother over 5k hours into both COH1 and COH2 and he has little over 800 into COH3 with 2 hrs played in last 2 weeks lol. We both feel the same way.

I recommend coop vs AI, PvP isn't realistic

Not really sure why I'm receiving clown awards by asking for more single player content...either PvP community is really salty or hates single players?

Probably equal parts to be fair.

Agreed. The SP Campaign is wasted potential, but given the poor financial state of Relic I doubt they have the resources to drop a major update to the campaign. In fact, I'd be surprised if they don't file for bankruptcy within the next year or two.
