Hello Community,
is anybody in charge there: how long is the prologue of italian campaign? The Frist USF accolade "First Wave" isn't unlocking and i am already on the "boot" of italy about 2nd skirmish/campaign mission?! Thanks guys - greetings!

I have the same problem. I ended this mission on easy and Expert in mission select menu and started new Italy campagin with this prologe but it wont work. So i wait for solution (i guess it will be hot fix).

Workshop mods making accolades uncompletable are a known issue.

Unsubscribe from all mods.

Go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1677280
and make sure the folder is empty.

If it isn't, then delete everything inside after unsubscribing from everything.

Then re-do the prologue from the beginning.

You don't have to use workshop mods, if you joined a custom lobby at any point, then a mod automatically downloaded if the host was using one.

We'll make absolutely sure you're looking in the right place for a workshop folder.

2.) Right click "Company of Heroes 3"

3.) Mouse over "Manage"

4.) Click "Browse Local Files"

5.) Hit the Up arrow on the file explorer browser, or alternatively hold alt and press the up arrow key.

6.) Do this until you see a folder named "common".

7.) You will also see a folder named "workshop".

Did as you instructed which takes me to: F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common
However, that location doesn't contain a folder "workshop".

I've never joined a "custom lobby" since I only play just players vs AI.

I redid the mission and it progressed. However, I got a message something along the lines of "something has gone wrong with your request". I'm happy now that I can progress in the accolades.

Having the same problem. When exactly does the prologue ends? Is it when you are tasked with choosing a starting company?

All in all, it is weird that the system can't detect if you have completed the prologue or the first mission of The north africa operation earlier.
It seems super weird to "force" people to replay what they already have completed in order to progress an accolade

I did all prologue. You have to finish first mission and all task on map campagin in italy. The accolade is complete when you start on main map italy (desant on salerno). The accolade dont count first mission (operation Husky) from menu select mission. You have to sart new campagin. And ofc i delete all mods and maps from workshop.

After much consternation, this worked for me:

1.)Move or delete your savedgames folder located at: This PC > Documents > my games > CompanyofHeroes3 > users > [a string of numbers]).

2.)Start the game, delete the remaining saved game in the load menu.

3.)Start the Italian campaign (I chose hard campaign, expert mission)
I didn't dare to quit before completing landing at Salerno, but after completing that mission, I finally got the first US Accolade!
