PSA: You can listen and watch in fog of war.

Ok, way too many people don't know this. So I'm gonna teach you.

The fog of war has several piece of theory craft.

1: You can listen for things in the fog of war, broken pieces of map make sounds. So listen for sounds, and aim your mortar there.

2: You can watch fog of war, anything a tank moves with it, will show up on fog of war is moving or broken, and you can watch the tank move. Aim your mortar around it fro troops, while having no sight.

It's been that way since CoH1. This game however gives you so many options for unit marking, you don't even need any guesswork.

You can often hear vehicles through the fog quite easily.

I quite often have a quick "peak" over the axis base at start to see if anyone is spamming vehicles.
