And infantry reserves die like flies unless they are in perfect position, so no idea what you even talk about in terms of performance here, they are trash infantry which fights decently from behind cover. If your tommies are being clapped by them, maybe you should improve your micro?
Dude ... I looked you up in the leaderboard... you have like 80 games, and you have barely played anything else than DAK. Stop writing in every forum, that all ppl have skill issue when they complain about balance. You have no idea of that game...
I've seen your posts as well.
You don't know unit stats, you don't know units relative effective ranges, you don't know where you need to close in or move away and, judging by your very own post history, you don't even micro, which makes it rather surprising how your own ranking is all over the place.
You are not the most intelligent one huh? How can you speak about balance when you haven't played both sides yet. I don't even think you've played the new update yet cause I looked you up once in the past and you had the same amount of games like you have yet. I think you are just a troll, not playing that game at all and just ♥♥♥♥ talking ppl. I've already blocked you and now I remember why. Troll someone else. Farewell.
We all love these ppl its like when going to one of those places where they have only very special ppl that need constant help and we gotta help them to not feel special compared to regular ppl.
He has 43 hours in CoH3 :D and is in most of the threats telling ppl how ♥♥♥♥ they are :D it's insane :D
I just have more common sense and stats knowledge then your average "X OP" thread connoisseur,
italian coast arty officer, has no cooldown, costs no munitions, is deadly, because it doesnt do flares like most off maps and hits ON the units in the radius rather just being on the area, the ability gets better with vet, and is surrounded by bunkers, and zombie infantry. and can aactively make infantry fight harder with its ability rather than the captains ability to just move faster and remove suppression
trying to compare the two jsut shows you dont know much about how they actually play, at least when people say something is OP they tend to give an explanation on how it is OP.
AND at least the captains mortar barrage has a time limit, it doesnt last forever and lock down a location for basically forever
Katitoff is a NOMAD, he travels around the COH games, but only works on statistics. He does not play in real terms, but likes to tell every one else about balance etc. I never take notice of this person. The last time I was involved was, when he was giving advice, he had not even purchased the COH3 game. He is just a TROLL, thinking he knows it all, knows nothing other than what he reads from the statistics and we know that when playing the game it does not fully relate.
They really should give the italian officer another barrage, like the one of the recon vehivle of DAK. It's for free too but not even close that powerful. Maybe he can unlock other barrages for ammo with vet level, like the artillery officer in CoH2 did. But atm he's just bs.
One thing is certain, the Rangers are underwhelming and while actual pros don't know everything, so far they have a consensus that Coastal is at least slightly OP and Rangers are not worth the cost.
I do admire people whom I've had so much influence on to the point they act like bards, singing exaggerated ballads about me.
Clearly the sole fact how discussion focused on me is much more lively then discussion about infantry in question means I personally am bigger issue then coastal reserves itself, which is a testament to my first statement - it is not a balance issue for the OP and he has all the means to solve it himself - if he is willing to, but that might be too challenging given his history.
