Your overall win-rate is 37%; not high, but certainly not as low as 10% (per www.coh3stats.com).
First, CoH has a pretty longstanding dedicated PVP community. Lots of people playing have thousands upon thousands of hours in COH2. Combine this with the fact that COH has an extremely high learning curve and MP PVP play can be pretty punishing for people. However, like with anything, the only way to get better is to practice and learn. You can also always do things like watch replays/videos of better players to see what they do, or get advice on things you struggle with.
That said, COH3 is a videogame. You should leave the game if it isn't fun for you, and keep playing if it is fun for you. Unless you're one of the hypercompetitive player with the goal of winning eSports tournaments, the point of playing COH3 is to enjoy the experience. Meeting some arbitrary bar of being "good" at it isn't necessary for that.

And too late for refund :(
Knowing the MG is there doesn't mean you can just run up to it. You have a bunch of options, though. The easiest is of course to just attack somewhere else; MGs can't be everywhere and they're at their strongest defending. You can flank (if you see the MG you can just attack from its side and focus it down). You can get a mortar and either barrage the HMG or drop smoke on it before you attack.
The easiest and most reliable MG counter is probably the mortar. If you want something even heavier, you could go Indian Artillery and grab the 4-inch mortar. You could also just tech straight to Bishop which is a pretty incredible hard counter to any form of entrenchment, though you'd need to careful since it would likely mean your enemy gets tanks before you.
We'll see if it ever will be. At this rate i wouldn't be surprised that more people just stop playing because of how one sided the matches usually are.
I know i play every week or 2 just because i have to be in the right state of mind to play against Axis. Have to have that sweat mode feeling that you wanna beat yourself by trying to play something difficult while the odds are stacked against you.
