Headquarters Rebuild

(MP versus AI) In my opinion not being able to rebuild the headquarters is a big mistake. An all out charge to the AI camp,concentrate on his headquarters until it is destroyed and very quickly you have the game won even though AI had you by the b**ls before your charge. However, one thing has been "fixed". In COH1 once the headquarters is dropped every piece of armor returns and sits completely idle just waiting to be destroyed. That doesn't happen in COH 3.
