Why are they all screaming so loud ?

I cant believe how loud COH3 is , with my squad screaming all the time like in hell.Enough is enough , and after 4 min , I felt tired.

I dunno what you're talking about buddy, units have always screamed at the top of their lungs in CoH games. It gives the game that whole "active warzone" vibe.

The screaming in CoH3 is excessive. The units are constantly screaming hysterically as if they are in a perpetual state of panic. It's like relentless verbal harassment.

Agree, its a bit too much sometimes.
And the DAK announcer is also very annoying to listen to :/

Hard to tell who is really in trouble when everyone screams (e.g. tank commanders under attack from small arms drowning out halftracks getting hit by AT guns), plus all the panicking is annoying. It feels like you're commanding a bunch of noobs instead of professionals.

It's a common problem in war-related media. For example, the guy behind "Das Boot" was supposed to have criticized the "hysterical overacting" of the cast: the actual U-boat crew kept their nerve in combat.
