How do i change my faction and companys

I was playing multiplayer last night and i was wondering how did people switch there faction and if i wanna switch from a armoured devision to a airborn one idk how to edit any of that stuff can someone tell me how?

When you want to join a multiplayer game there is a round faction icon next to your name - click on that and it will bring up a screen with a brief description of the four factions where you can change your choice.

Battlegroups are picked on the fly in match from a choice of three (click on the icon on the bottom right of the screen to bring up the menu). There are only three per faction at the moment so you can't change the default selection of three but presumably there will be more battlegroups in the future which would means you could change the three available from game to game.
