I am glad on those mission I have withdraw option on Partisan capture point. Sometimes the mission or skirmish doesn't offer withdraw option. Totally wish Withdraw option is part of MP and Skirmish.
I know Paratrooper upgrade you can get all Air support upgrade while on the Mission or Skirmish. High Level Company can skip most building tech but still need to build Heavy tank building in order to unlock heavy tanks while Low level Company need to build most building in order to unlock Heavy tank.
Also If two company are closer each you can get reinforcement ability of the company so can have early light tank.
Even some units in Italian Campaign doesn't have breaching option. It's one of the feature of the game but Campaign unit like the UK unit doesn't have this ability.
For example my Airborne company sometimes starts with Weapon Support so I can build a MG out the gates, other times I have to build this one myself.
In terms of the campaign, the only company that I feel useful is the USSF. I rarely get a chance to field a tank, and the SF unit has swapable anti tank and MG capability. They also start the skirmishes with three units.
IMHO Paratroopers are overpriced and you have to pay to upgrade.
Part of what I do is write code for automation...different type of programming; but has still caused me to be much more hesitant to criticize gaming development. CoH3 should have been treated with so much more respect.
